Tom Davies | Co-owner
Tom has been with Weed Man since 1989 and worked in a number of locations in both the United States and Canada prior to purchasing Weed Man Kelowna with Simon and Jocelyn in 2016. Tom brings an accumulated wealth of lawn care knowledge and experience to this location.
Simon Taylor & Jocelyn White | Co-owners
Simon joined Weed Man in his late teens as a lawn care technician and served at head office for a period of time a materials manager. Simon brings a wealth of experience to this location including 30 years as the franchise owner for Weed Man Regina.
Jocelyn is a relative new comer to the Weed Man family. She has many years experience in the customer service side of the veterinary pharmaceutical products industry before refocusing her many talents to benefit our local franchise.
Matt Palmer | Field Operations Manager
Matt has close to 10 years experience working in several locations across Canada. Matt started as a lawn care technician servicing lawns, quickly working his way up to management positions prior to joining our team in Kelowna. Matt brings many years of customer service experience combined with a persistent commitment to servicing our customers' lawn care needs
Nayima Elfarse | Office Manager
Nayima brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Human Resources to Weed Man Kelowna. Nayima has been with Weed Man since February 2020, overseeing all the administrative functions, accounts payable, payroll and banking.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beautiful Okanagan, visiting museums and travelling.
